Frequently Asked Questions
1.
Q: I'm ready to commission! How would I go about that?
A: Awesome! Please check my TOS and fill up the form when you email me (foxcatfamilia@gmail.com) or message me in discord

Q: I sent out a request for a commission and I've yet to receive a reply, how long does it usually take to get a reply?
A: If you've requested a commission and I haven't replied, please wait at least a week given that I need to carefully read each request that I receive to make sure it is something I can work on. Your patience is appreciated.

Q: How long would it take for my commission to be done?
A: Each commission is taken in a queue that can be checked here. I don't have a set deadline for commissions but if you need it to be done by a specific date, then we can discuss that in private. As well, each commission is done on stream on my Twitch if you want to watch the process live. I also give commissioners updates on the piece as I work on it.

Q: Are your commissions open? If not, when will it be open?
A: In the home page it should note the status of the commission queue. I usually close commissions when I've received an large influx of them and need to slowly get through them, otherwise, the commissioners would have to wait weeks, if not months, to get their commission done.

Q: Is there any way that I can have priority in the queue?
A: If you need your piece to be done by a certain time frame or don't want to wait for your turn to come up, we can discuss my priority fee in private.

Q: What if I want to commission to make something that I want to sell commercially?
A: You can commission me to make something for commercial use and depending on what type of merchandise the copyright fee may vary. Usually I charge 2x or 3x the price of the art, but this can be discussed in private.
7.
Q: I really like the piece you made me! Can I share it online?
A: Of course! While every commission is posted on my social media, if you'd like to post it somewhere else, please make sure to credit me.

Q: I have a question but I can't find it here, what do I do?
A: If you have any questions or inquiries regarding commissions you can always message me on discord (Rinmini) and I'll happily assist you.
